A code does not work

The quickest way: on our page about that site, answer "No" to "Did the code work for you?" under the code. Many "no" votes trigger a new check. If you write to us, include:

• the site and the code you used,
• your country,
• the exact message the site showed.

In some countries we hide the code of a site on purpose, because the site is on that country's public register of illegal gambling sites. Why and where.

Wrong or outdated information

Send us the address of our page and what is wrong. We correct facts and the page then shows the date of the change.

For sites and partners

Write to us to add a site, update a code or a bonus, connect a giveaway API or ask about a paid placement. We decide ourselves which sites we list. Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored" and never change our score, the ranking or the facts we show. See our affiliate disclosure.

Giveaway winners

We show the Steam name and avatar of giveaway winners, as sent by the partner site, to prove the prizes are real. If you won and do not want to be shown, tell us the site, the prize and the date, and we will remove your data. It is deleted automatically 12 months after the giveaway anyway.

Personal data

For anything about your personal data (access, correction, deletion, objection) write to [email protected]. All details are in the privacy policy.

Your account on another site

We do not run any of the listed sites and have no access to their accounts, so we cannot help with deposits, withdrawals, trades or bans. Please contact the support of that site directly.

Stay safe

We never message you first, and we never ask for your Steam login, password, two-factor codes, trade offers, skins or payments. Anyone who does that in our name is a scammer: please report it to us.
